We have received your mail as well as CV, thank you.

We Wright Aviation and TGI Airlines based at Indonesia, Ivory Coast,
and Burundi (Central Africa) are aircraft leasing company operates Let
410, ATR 72, Cessna 208 B Caravan, Airbus 320.

Currently we are in a process of hiring first officer (pilot with
basic CPL and IR) for those applying with;
1. Cessna 208 Caravan and Let 410 in Africa base.
2. CPL, IR with MER for those applying with ATR 72 at Africa base.
3. CPL, IR with MER for those flight crew applying for A 320 for
Thailand and Hong Kong base.

About type rating, type endorsement, on type hours building etc.
selected cadet/trainee first officer will have to bear,
i. US $ 25,000/ towards Cessna 208 Caravan type rating and other expenses.
ii. US $ 30,000/ towards Let 410 type rating and other expenses.
iii. US $ 40,000/ towards ATR 72 type rating and other expenses.
iv. USD 50,000/ towards Airbus 320 type training and other expenses.

The said fees does includes,
1. Visa fees
2. Air tickets
3. License conversion (if needed) and type endorsement
4. Type training including base training, line training, on type hours
building
5. Accommodation
6. Transportation
7. Food
8. Medical
9. Insurance
10. Uniform
11. Laundry
Etc.

Cadet pilot/trainee pilot/first officer will have to sign renewable
two year employment and type rating contract at initial stage or at
the time of joining. Tax free remuneration of US $ 1500/ for Cessna
208 Caravan and Let 410 flight crew, US $ 3000/ for Airbus 320 and ATR
72 flight crew will be offered during transition period (first year).
Employment contract will be renewed after every consecutive year with
mutually agreed terms and conditions with marketable pay package (not
less than USD 2000-2500 for Cessna and Let crew, USD 4500-5500 for ATR
72, A 320 flight crew). Free accommodation, food, transportation,
uniform, laundry, air tickets, medical, insurance, license conversion
(if needed) etc. will be covered by the company.

the above is what i got as reply after responding to an ad from latestpilotjobs.com

Their email is very suspicious and i googled about both companies to find nothing much..
So my dear friends with wings please dont take this up..
