Cityjet has to be one of the most interesting airlines in terms of its history, struggles and strifes. Pat Byrne did an amazing job to keep the airline afloat in the past on many occasions, and the airline has stood the test of time from first it took off in January 1994, from its flirtations with Virgin Atlantic to Malmo Aviation and its cooperation with Aer Lingus on the various routes from Dublin and more recently to Air France and intro aviation.
Here is hoping that they can carve a sustainable niche for themselves for the future...
