A point recognised by many QF employees last year when the time limit to submit the engagement survey was extended, as only 52% of employees bothered to fill it out. I think that by the end of the extension they had 56% of employees filling out the engagement survey.
Last year was the first year that there wasn't any spruiking of how "We have 80% staff engagement!" or other such dribble.
I'll be doing it and answering truthfully!
Chris2303 that is entirely your right to do so. And while management will probably read your comments, the chances of your comments resulting in any management change is nil.
