As for the inside of the terminal a great deal of work has been taking place since Christmas on the old 1st floor security hall which is being converted into shops.
Downstairs Easyjet's information desks that were opposite their check-in area have been temporally moved to the middle section of the check-in area.
The area around where the new entrance will be is being gutted.
Thank you for explaining. My dad flew out of Luton yesterday as he does every March and he said that it is the busiest he has ever seen it, especially in departures, and all of the restaurants you had to queue for to get it. But he did say that security was very quick. I would not like to be flying from Luton this summer that's for sure.
How is work doing on the drop of area and the terminal extension?
