Got to be careful sending students to Rotorua - I think it's just because RO controllers go "by the book" more than other regional airports. Probably not a bad thing all in all, as it keeps students on their toes. (Students & everyone else, come to think of it.)
It's a shame though that making mistakes has different consequences in RO than in TG, HN, NR, etc.
