Full time metro FO should be around $34k.

I think that you would more than likely have to buy your own metro endorsement if you want a job And if he is prepared to do so, then tell him not to purchase a co-pilot endorsement, cos that would just be a waste of money, as if he would want to upgrade to command later he would have to redo the whole 5 hour endorsement (co-pilot endorsement=3 hours).
