Dillo a tutti i piloti che conosci, ditevelo gli uni agli altri affinchè mi contattiate perchè vi dica il nome dell'ospedale che ha illegalmente attestato me e ha firmato e preso la responsabilità di Malaysian Airlines.
Essi avrebbero dovuto affrontare gli impianti ed io avrei dovuto dire a tutti i piloti nel 2008 di non volare.

Oh my... off his meds again.
Ho iniziato a volare qui in Italia anni fa, forse la colpa era di quei Comandanti con 4 strisce e stelle, che da quando salivano sul crew bus con la loro strafottenza rispetto ad altri equipaggi di altre compagnie, non volgendo nemmeno il saluto, indossando gli occhiali da sole quando fuori era nuvoloso, all'arrivare in cockpit e accendersi la sigaretta in crociera(no smoking policy), facendo sedere i suoi cari in buissness e non facendo altrettando con altri colleghi, facendo il Generale nelle soste lunghe, non dare rispetto ad alcuni CC ecc ecc...ti potrei elencare molto e molto altro ancora ma è indifferente.
Ecco vedi dopo tutto ciò differenzio ora le persone e mi interfaccio allo stesso modo con queste persone.

It has been said that some pilots with 10,000 hours only have a 1,000 hours......but ten times! I hope that makes sense.
Also, one Asian carrier I worked with tried to integrate cabin-crew and pilots on their CRM courses....or as they called it 'Error Management Courses'. I noticed that there were no pursers on the course, when I queried this I was told that pursers don't need CRM....such was their power in the company!
One of my colleagues for the same Asian carrier told me a story about one of his simulator check rides....and I quote!
"When conducting an ILS approach he wasn't happy that he was completely stabilised so elected to make a go-around and come back for another approach, this time fully stabilised and landed......When queried by his 'local' simulator instructor as to why, he was met with the following statement.......'Do you know the difference between a local pilot and a foreign (ie ex-pat) pilot......? Foreign pilot afraid to die!!!!!!
Culture can be a difficult thing to understand sometimes.......

JQKA Fàcci un favore. Innanzitutto fà un corso di Italiano, ma proprio dall'abc: i bastoncelli, le consonanti, le vocali etc.
Poi mandaci i tuoi turni di volo ogni mese e scrivi sulla porta del tuo cockpit il tuo nick cosi ti evitiamo alla grande noi e i nostri cari.
