it's been an open secret for years the Saudi's funded the Pakistani bomb on the agreement thy got warheads you don't
buy and install IRBMs to throw 1K HE warheads (incidentally, all launch pads aimed east at Iran, none to the west at Israel.)
But this is the first public admission of their existence.......
