How old are you?
Looks like many years have passed and you've not doing your homework...
Do you really think that someone would share with you for free the "secret things" about an interview for a job (most of them potentially competing with you for the same job...)?
Even my 10 yo daughter don't think anybody would do that.
So stop blaming PP and be serious mate.
Even in case of somebody, as a matter of being the nice guy, share the tricks, any assessment process can be changed in a blink. And it happens.
As for the homework a quick glance on something called google bring us this:

I have no idea if it worth the money invested or is just a waste of time.
