Don't know about the other airlines but one easyjet had a deicing delay, another had a loading issue and a third had a fault so there was an aircraft swap.
Nothing there that can be pinned to the airport and while I was there today the drop off zone and short term car park was fine and there was no queues at security.
No doubt that will all change as summer arrives but I haven't witnessed a real problem for months.
Customer complaints centre around the drop off charge, waiting for luggage and the queue at passport control. The second and third issue is not down to the airport although they get the blame.
I used to sit on one of the airports passenger committees and would meet with management every three months and the issues now are are same as the issues then apart from the drop off charge and that was around 12 years ago.
