Agreed its less than ideal however there are many much worse companies out there. Do not understimate the value of this company's pedigree if you are looking for a long and progressive career.
I assume that non type rated will be bonded and not asked to front up cash?
This company is happy to recruit bizjet guys unlike many. So if you are stuck with a dodgy company sustained by piles of dubious foreign cash then now might be the time to jump ship if you are looking for a secure future.
