So do you think the airport would be unable to fill their capacity without the rail link? Don't get me wrong I'm not disagreeing with you, it's just it would take a lot of additional income to justify the expenditure when there seems to be airlines waiting to expand without it in place.
Out of interest does anyone know how many additional peak time slots will be created once this phase of expansion is complete?
