A friend of mine from school (yes, I did go to school, contrary to what some people might think) works at a radio station. On some request type shows if not enough people phone in to keep the program going the DJ just makes requests up.
I have no doubt that if the company didn't get enough interest, or the wrong kind of questions, it would make up some questions that it could provide positive responses to so it can show what a great and caring employer it is and how happy we all are when the only thing we have to worry about is dry cleaning. I do not for a minute believe that the examples it provides were the only issues raised. Smoke and mirrors, again.
