Plenty of SO's ready to roll, yes, some at the top of the pile probably won't move, ex ansett, ex whoever etc, however a large number are still waiting their turn having had expansion abandoned many moons ago in a search of some orange management pipe dream, which appears, could be slowly coming to an end.
Until they reach the bottom of the order, including MOU's etc, there is certainly a large number ready.
Also, the 737 is exactly stretched at the moment with the hours flown by the majority. Base balancing due to the over 65 kerfuffle and divisors around 70 would indicate that.
