I think the point was and I was under the same impression that the 787 could operate fully loaded from LTN to somewhere like Cancun. I'm no techy though, Haven't studied any of the numbers.
As has been said I can see Dubai being La Compagnie. Orlando would be interesting. Not that any are definate.
