The cost of the RETs should not be prohibitive when taken in context of the total civils bill. When viewed from an operational point of view I can see a big plus from ATCs point of view as previously mentioned.
Going back to the earlier points regarding works East of Delta, not a problem. There would be some additional costs but no big deal. Considering the height of the existing pier above the east apron and Delta a bridge over Delta could be the best option both from an operational and cost point of view.
