A Multi-story would be more appropriate behind Cargo which Car Park & Car Hire is at the moment. They are expensive though to build. If Long Term by Harrords & the Tidy Tip go then there would be plenty of space for a 6 Pack and extra space for the Biz Jets, A505 relief road and business park into the distance.....
