Flyingmed, that 6.5k euros figure you gave - is that basic only? Cause that makes about £4700 which is a bit low. I thought a RYR skipper doing 80hrs a month would take around £5300 - 5500 a month after pension on RYR contract. At least that's what a couple of mates told me.
Are RYR still wanting cash up front for type rating or are they happy to bond?
