The "Experienced Based Compensation" is a scam. The reason it's not posted, and will be "discussed in the interview" is because it's changed at will, and often. In other words, it's whatever they want it to be. and they do change.

The base pay is after training and when released to fly the line. This will take over six months. Until then, you can expect a "training allowance" of about P20,000 a month. That's it. And while you are doing "Supervised Line Flying" you WILL NOT receive hourly flight pay. P20,000 is equivalent to US $425. Try to live in Manila on that kind of pay.

Scheduling is horrific. Good luck on getting 8 days off a month. You will only get 15 days of leave a year, period.

You will not be paid for sick time.

Uniforms? Good luck on that as well. Be prepared to supply your own.

Training is abysmal. Did they mention your "training bond"? Doesn't matter if you are already typed, you will be required to sign a 3 year training bond.

Also, you will be responsible for your own work permit, which will cost between P40,000 to P60,000. And you will be responsible for all cost associated with conversion of your licences. CP pays for nothing.

Bottom line is virtually all expats have left CP, and for good reason.
