FR take non rated skippers. Depends which contract you would be offered but its around the 6.5k euros a month. Hear the direct entry guys are also getting the bases they want.
Apart from that there are better companies out there who work less and get paid more but if you manage to get your home base the 5 days on 4 days off roster its brilliant and no over nights. Depends where you are but hours range 750-900 a year.
