Apparently no longer the case due to a number of people declining the base transfer from LGW.

What I said was, anyone who
wants a LGW command can get it. Anyone who
wants a LHR command can get it.
What's "no longer the case"????????
Why on earth are people bidding from LGW, for LHR postings, if they don't
want them????
That's just c0cking up their colleagues, and frankly there should be a penalty for that!
