The drawings show 2m and even that would be tight if someone had to push a wheelchair onto a ramp with a railing in the way so either the plans were changed after going to the council or the contractor didn't follow the plans.
Whoever is to blame it is one hell of a (ock-up. Maybe I should be employed on the project as an issue spotter as I now have a proven track record of foreseeing problems.
