Luton struggled to cope with summer 2015 passenger levels and with the CTA not looking too good for next summer and no extra capacity in the terminal for 2016 either apart from a partially completed security hall and a few extra shops in the old security hall, from a passengers point of view the last thing they need is more congestion.
