In response to the original question asked about the Ryanair interview...... I had an interview with the main man Mr Declan Dooney about 10 months ago in Dublin.
It was a very informal affair with a chat over a cup of coffee in the canteen. Declan is a very nice but very busy man and will be to the point .... ask about you ... tell you about the company.... and that is it ..
In ... chat .... coffee .... out the door..... on the plane home.. 30 mins tops.
cant tell you much more about it than that ... sorry l
the whole process has changed now though ... you have to go direct to the training providers ...
I thought I was half way there after my interview and being told to wait for a SIM ride..
Unfortunately ... i am back at the bottom of the queue and cant even get the training providers to talk to me .
