Seems you do have to be Alan Sugar to live these days! I assume the company provide car parking at LGW, in which case, no need to live within the expensive 50 mile belt, slightly further north of Luton in Northants is good value and rentals are also reasonable: 5 bedroom detached house to rent in Bridge Meadow Way, Grange Park, NN4 The point being we can all cut our cloth accordingly.
