Price is not the only criteria - all too often when something is too cheap, there's a reason for it, although I can vouch for EHC's quality having had several students who attended them. Look at what is included - for example, helicopter Services don't charge extra for landing fees and other stuff that is charged elsewhere.
As for deals - when prices are competitive anyway, you can't do too many.
