2 close friends have used EHC and the 355 and both rated it very highly. That's not even considering the price so I'd do that option. Have heard negative feedback about Sweden and the UK operators are just taking the p*ss with prices these days.
Go for Norway, cheap flights with Norwegian out of Gatwick to get there and cheap onsite student accommodation can be negotiated.
