I cant complain about the crew meals Qantas provide us with in shorthaul. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is usually a hot with a salad (lunch and dinner) (breakfast with rasin bread and plain), with a couple of choices (dependant on service) as to which hot you want. If lunch is not hot its either a cold chicken/beef/salmon salad, which in my eyes are the healthiest options.
Refreshments consist of sandwiches and a chocolate. I agree though that some of the meals consist of some not to kind to the figure things...I just dont eat that part
