Ex Brazilian; Copa has stoped hiring Pilots of any nationality (even locals) DEC at least for the next 3 years, we are over 200 FOs waiting to be upgraded and so far no firing on their plans but if they do, Good bye to the foreigners with lower seniority and up, their plan is to be 100% local. (As most of the airlines in this latitudes)
In the other hand they are giving away Company Offered Leave of Absence to the pilots who want to do something else for up to 6months. (It will be cool to join EK without having to resign by requesting the leave of absence) if EK
