Egnatia is good for what it offers.
Groundschool has relocated out of the main premises to a new, larger modern building in the city, freeing up the space and bringing more expansion to the company.
Aircraft are no more than 5 years old and are well-maintained (Egnatia have a contract with Diamond Aircraft and personally, these aircraft are the best training machines out there - Low wing, glass cockpit, pilot-friendly...) and you end up flying 3 different aircraft by the end of your training as supposed to the usual 2.
Accom and transport included in the price (you get used to the dull apartments, it's better than nothing).
Friendly instructors you'll get along with very quickly.
Great place to do flight training, with Thessaloniki and many small islands within vicinity. A lot of these runways are around 3km long due to military use.
Weather wasn't as consistent as expected this year, but you can use the time to play flight sim and reply to posts on pprune.
The website for the school also needs updating!
