Without wishing to be cynical, is the SSJ purchase essentially a 'bet the company' move, born out of necessity because Cityjet is in a somewhat constrained position financially and operationally ?
If things go reasonably to plan, it should work out well for Cityjet. If things don't work out (and there are plenty of risks here) then Cityjet end up in serious trouble.
