I see what the crew get for food and I must say that some meals tend to be repitive snacks! Some meals would be slightly
I should think that for someone who is working shiftwork at high altitudes a balanced diet is very important!
I personally think there should be more selection of fresh fruits and fine salads, all the baked stuff is just going to pile on so easy! I know what you guys are getting onboard and I think it needs a little more attention. It's not just a choice of what is yummy or yuck ...it's long term health/fitness and work performance.
