At this rate, in 5-10 years the airport will be looking to increase passengers in the realms of 20-25 million...
There will have to be some creative planning! I can see the airport expanding eastwards towards the end of runway 8. I could also imagine some compulsory purchase of hangars to grow the apron and possibly small scale expansion on the other side of the runway.
Anyway that is my pie-in-the-sky thinking for the day.
