I have a friend who recently finished as CFI at a flying school 2000+ hours all instruction, white male, who has just been taken on at Rossair flying 1900's in Angola,so I guess it's more about how well you fair at the interview than so-called mobile goalposts. We work in a competitive industry, no point in crying unfair when we don't get the job we want!!!
