Oh you poor thing Cloud1 suicidal because of a wait for bags and flooding problems
Flew LHR-AMS-KUL-SIN-BKK-SIN-KUL-AMS-LTN last week. The longest wait for bags was at the airport with the smallest passenger volume by far. As the last leg on my way home, I have to say it was not a great experience. The lethargy of the Menzies peeps wandering about all hands in pockets and shirt hanging out said it all. There was zero sense of urgency or customer service. There's a huge cultural difference I think.
