I might be wrong but didn't Newcastle come out of the local government pension scheme? I think it was frozen for existing employees but new guys had to arrange their own pension.
Is that really all it means? And as I said earlier...give us the 11% outstanding shares,we will freeze for existing and any new staff take out their own pension.
The airport runs down most staff leave and hey presto Peel gave solved the problem?
