On the point of pensions, you are right but my comment isn't about pensions in isolation, it is about the constant series of negative events which either should not be happening or should be better managed if they are. It is one thing after another and of course the airport has the unfortunate situation of living out most of its affairs in public meaning it needs to be slicker than most at managing its image - something it is incapable of doing.
