So if they are adding 10 planes but hiring only 230 pilots thatīs not even close to be enough, because I also heard that around 20-30 pilots leaving per month and with the of frustration in the rise and the airlines trying to poach this can be terrible for the next season with the new planes, frequencies and routes.

Even if they add that pilots now, they wonīt be online flying until end of year, the soonest and thatīs very optimistic considering 1 month notice and very fast training, highly complicated both.
if the situation is bad itīs going to get worse, I think some planes grounded due to lack of crew.
