At the risk of abuse...this is just my opinion.
If they had treated the pilots they have ( or used to have) fairly, without raising flying hours to ridiculous levels, without changing T and C s at the drop of the hat ( because they can), without employing people on the third floor who live for handing out Final Warnings, ( but in my HO , actually struggle to fly themselves, that is why they love their desk so much), if they has just run a normal company, that actually liked it's staff, there would be no problem.
And yes, they are rare, but companies that value their staff, still do exist.
Anyway, just mt thoughts.
