Also according to a baggage handler Wizz are not at all happy with Swissport but with only two handling agents at Luton are stuck with them. Again according to this baggage handler Wizz have threatened to pull services out of Luton.
The situation with Swissport at LTN is serious and Wizz are certainly not the only airline handled by them who are having huge issues!
The Dispatchers are generally now no more than a point of contact and have almost zero training! As for the baggage and ground handling staff.....apart from a few decent guys who've been around a while, most are kids who treat the job as a joke and should not be allowed anywhere near aircraft! Unfortunately, as with many aspects of aviation these days, due to the ongoing race to the bottom the minimum wage pay is hardly likely to attract higher quality applicants!
