It is not all roses with Luton's handling agents. A passenger has complained that despite arriving at Luton 2 hours before her flight she and 57 other passengers missed their flights to 3 destinations departing at similar times when Menzies who handle for easyjet failed to check them in on time due to long queues.
Also according to a baggage handler Wizz are not at all happy with Swissport but with only two handling agents at Luton are stuck with them. Again according to this baggage handler Wizz have threatened to pull services out of Luton.
There are also many complaints about the time it is taking to get luggage to the belts from both companies.
