On that issue I can't see how you can blame the airport for an issue with a handling agent.
I can blame the airport if they don't at last lay down some proper tarmac in the short term car park.
What needs to be noted is that the canopy and bus station runs the full length of not only the terminal extension but the existing terminal as well. The departures entrance seen in the top photo is a new entrance that will be cut into the existing wall of the terminal. That wall will have new cladding so maybe the word Tinimal can no longer be used here.
