That was started yesterday as I saw men skimming the surface layer up. I think the work is just to resurface the NWC under general airport maintenance. Last year they tackled stands 16 and 17.
The last I heard Signature has been put back until at least August and when it is started the NWC is unaffected. The first job will be to remove the hangar nearest the road followed by its adjoining hangar.
