Who is asking you to "
pay up front" and to whom?
Norwegian's 787 pilots are all employed by an agency and supplied to Norwegian (like catering and cleaning services). Any agency employment scheme involving fees, may not comply with the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003. The Employment Agencies Standards Inspectorate, EAS, should examine any "
pay up front" revenue generator.
