CAE Dubai has FAA approved simulators and examiners as well if you can make the trip. They have several instructors who are FAA/EASA approved. German Instructor/Examiner ( Dr.GS) is excellent. Also French Instructors/Examiners (RB & FE) are your best bet. See if your company will allow you to do your recurrent in Dubai. You can then add on the FAA type "short" course and do their checkride there. Dr. GS is now part-time (lives in Germany) and the others are full-time. I did my training and check with them a while ago. They are extremely knowledgeable and excellent trainers(and fair examiners) in contrast to the likes of Pan Am and some others. I guarantee you will learn something new!
