Once inside ahead is the onward travel area.
Or if you turn right before onward travel a passageway takes you to the meeters and greeters area.
Everything including M&S has moved to what was the old original check-in area that became the airports first shopping area. This area had been abandoned for years.
A hole has been made in the wall from airside to allow passengers to use the temporary exit.
The old arrivals area is still open but there is nothing there now.
Just behind the blue doors in the distance is the hole that has been cut to the temporary arrivals hall.
The temporary arrivals area is rough to say the least. I counted 9 different floor coverings including patched concrete, imitation wooden flooring, tiles, and 4 or 5 colours of vinyl flooring as passengers walk over what was once shops. I know this is temporary but how long is temporary?
