Dear A320 Pilots,

Lao Airline, the national airline of Laos would like to invite suitable candidates for the position of A320 First Officer.

You will be based in Vientiane, Laos. Laos is one of the vibrant and fastest developing countries in Asia.

You will fly both domestic and international destinations around the asia region.

Should you pass the interview and sim check, and after clearing 300 hours, you will be offered a 3 year job contract giving you the
opportunity to earn in excess of USD 126,000 ( 3 year period - 3500 monthly x 36 months ) plus the chance to gain thousands of valuable hours on type

Salary of USD 3500 tax free ( There will be salary increment for each year of service subject to performance )
Min 50 hours per month

This is an excellent opportunity for you to start your flying career and gain experience and hours on the Airbus A320. With a limitation of
900 hours per year, you have the chance to gain up to 2,700 hours on type.

With that kind of experience, the world is your oyster and especially so considering Emirates has just lowered their minimum requirements at 2000 airbus hours
for direct entry A330 FO and 2500 hours for A380 FO.

It is extremely rare to have an airline offering jobs to foreign candidates with zero or low hour hours on type as most airline will reserve it
for their own local citizens or requiring 1500 total hours with 500 hours on type as the minimum requirement.

Most opportunity for foreign pilot cost Euro 75,000 to 87,500 for a 500/1000 hours line training program with no salary and no job contract after that.

Should you wish to view the minimum requirements, please click here . Do note that the airline need your A320 type rating to be current upon
joining them. If your Airbus 320 rating is expired, you need to get it current at your own cost.

Should I go for this?
Best you read my advise at Fly Gosh: Have an interview coming up,should I go?

Why should I pay since the world owe me a living and I should get everything free for life?
We spend a lot of time and resources to get this opportunity to help you kick start your career in the airlines. If you have this mindset, I guess is best we do not waste each others time so we can focus on candidates who are serious in their career . A lot of potential pilots took the risk to pay for flight ticket and hotel to come to Asia, knock on doors to try their luck and most end up going back empty handed. Imagine the amount of money we save you guys with this opportunity.

We look forward to hearing from you and happy to give you an excellent opportunity to start your pilot career.

Thank You.

Andy
