Wrong, HK and HKE don't take zero hours, only hours on type, Air Macau take zero hours but you must have high total time and have experience in pax operation, Scoot local only, Cathay want HKID holders, Lion Air and Indo is a closed shop for foreigner because of the 250 hour rule.
