Hong kong , hong kong express , air macau , scoot ( second officers for the 777) , Cathey for advanced entry second officers , Suzi air for their Caravans , Air Fast Indonesia recruited low hours expats second officers , Lion Air ( ok , they are p2f , but still no Civil aviation authority restriction ) Wings Air (p2f i know) , Mas wings a couple years ago if i am not mistaken , Air Phil express NTR first officers 1-2 years ago, aero cambodia (floatplanes) .
There are companies in Thailand , for example Thai that accept only Thai nationals but not because of any civil aviation law. The only country that you cannot convert your license is India. In some other countries you may have to log more hours than the locals. Please , do correct me if i am wrong.
By the way i recently heard that Nepal Airlines (Royal) have one 320 but no crew to fly it so maybe its them...
