I have offered my services in flt ops and meteorology to an air ambulance outfit that are considering my worth.
I thought the least I could do was get a copy of the actual eqp they use EC135 Eurocopter and download it to my FSX sim.
I also want to take a start from scratch training on helicopters course.
I think that is the least I can do in preparation for what is to come.
My question to you chaps is....have I done enough, could I do more ?
Any help or guidance would be most welcome and I thank you in advance.
Please email me as I don't want to miss a single response from any of you.

Pprune... it's something else.
A serious answer for a change of pace.
My background is helicopters but have done some flight ops work for an operation using Dash-8's. A general aviation background, understanding of weather, duty regs, etc. is what is really needed. I didn't need to learn how to fly a Dash-8 in order to manage scheduling, liaise with engineering, or provide them with useful information and planning assistance pre-flight.
You have been a little vague about the exact role you are proposing to fill, and understand why, but I see no reason why it wouldn't work. The fact that you are asking these questions would indicate that you understand the limitations of applicability of your previous experience. That should be enough.
Good luck.
